4 - 6 yellow squash
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. onion flakes, or fresh
1 cup cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar jalepeno cheese whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced squash, green pepper and onion in small amount of water until crispy tender. Drain. Stir in rice, soup and cheese. Mix well. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350. Very Good!
