3 C sifted flour
1 1/4 C vegetable shortening
1 egg
1 t salt
5 1/2 T water
1 t vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Work flour, shortening and salt together like coarse meal. Break the egg into a small bowl, add water and vinegar and beat slightly. Make a well in the flour mixture and add liquid. Mix and roll out.
