1 Duncan Hines orange cake mix
1 t baking powder
4 eggs
1 C Crisco oil
2 cans mandarin oranges

Frosting: 1 (2 oz) Cool Whip
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. (20 oz.) crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Drain 1 can of oranges and use all the other can. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 3 (9 inch) layers at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting: Mix together and frost cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This was one of my mom's favorite cakes, too! I went ahead and entered it, because the two Mandarin Orange cake recipes are slightly different.
