2 egg whites
1/2 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2 T cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until blended then place in double boiler over boiling water. Beat these ingredients with mixer 3 minutes or until stiff. Remove icing from heat. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Beat icing well. Spread over cooled cake. If you want chocolate fluffy 3 minute frosting add 1/4 c coca and fold in after frosting is done.
