1 Bag Oreo Cookies

12 oz. Cream Cheese (room temperature)

Almond Bark or your favorite dipping chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Break cookies in half, place in food processor, and process to very, very fine consistency. (Looks like ground coffee). Add cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Melt dipping chocolate. Dip hardened balls in melted chocolate and place on waxed paper. Chill. Best served cold.

Microwave cream cheese to soften, but be careful - only 10 seconds at a time.
These are delicious. The dipping is tedious, but well worth the effort.
