Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples thin 1/8 in. Put on to get hot in water to cover; let come to a boil. Mix cinnamon, sugar and flour. Put 1/2 mixture in unbaked pie shell, add apples by spooning with slotted spoon, then sprinkle rest of sugar mixture on top of apples. If you want more liquid in pie, add a little of the water from heated apples before adding sugar mixture. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 until done or the pie is bubbling, about 30 minutes.
