1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
6-8 potatoes, cooked, drained and cut into pieces
1 qt. milk (approximately)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, saute onion in margarine, then add soups and heat until hot. Add potatoes and about a quart of milk. Let it get good and hot.

Have potatoes cooked before you begin soup. This is great served with grilled cheese sandwiches.
