5 apples, diced
1 large can fruit coctail
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Dressing:
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
MIx all salad ingredients together. Make dressing; beat eggs. Add to other ingredients and cook over low heat unitl mixture begins to thicken. Cool slightly and add 2 teaspoons mustard.k Stir into fruit. Pour in a large dish and top with grated cheese and grated coconut. Refrigerate.
