Ingredients:
1 lb. pork sausage
2 tbsp. flour
grease or oil
salt
pepper
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet. Add flour. If there is not enough fat to make paste, add bacon grease or oil. Brown flour stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste. When flour is lightly browned, pour in about 4 cups milk or amount to make gravy right consistency. Use wire whip to stir gravy so it won't be lumpy. This is very good over hot Baking Powder Biscuits.
