2 lb. lean hamburger meat
1 cup water
2 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tbsp. cracked pepper
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well with hands. Form into 3 rolls; wrap with foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Unwrap and bake in 300 oven for 1 hour (you can make a tent so it doesn't splatter). Refrigerate or freeze. Can be served hot or cold. Good served with Ritz crackers.
