1 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cups Baker's Angel Fake coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened; about 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Add coconut and chopped pecans. Cool until of spreading consistency, beating occasionally. Makes 2 1/2 cups, enough to cover the tops of two 9 inch or three 8 inch layers.
