2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. meat drippings
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk
2 cups flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
boiling water with 1 tsp. soda dissolved in it
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and meat drippings. Add eggs and milk; beat. Sift together flour and cocoa and add; beat. Add water with soda; beat. Add pinch of salt and 1 tsp. vanilla. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
