1/2 gallon milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to luke warm. Mix sugar, cocoa and salt. Add small amount of milk. Mix then pour into remaining milk. Continue to heat, stirring continually. DO NOT bring to a boil.
