Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar, oil and salt. Add enough flour to make dough of right consistency. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 24 rolls or may be made into 1 1/2 lg. loaves. This can be increased by using: to every cup of water use 1 of each of other ingredients. 1 pkg. yeast will make 2 cups water. Then use enough flour to make dough of right consistency.
Cinnamon Rolls

Use bread dough. Roll out thin like pie crust. Spread softened butter or margarine on dough. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over butter. Roll up like jelly roll. Cut in 2 in. portions. Place in buttered or greased 9x12 inch pan. Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350. May also use chopped pecans with filling.

Personal Notes:
These are light and fluffy and very good. A very hot item at our church bake sale. I usually make between 20 and 30 dozen. Also very good at church dinners or family dinners.
