1 pkg. yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 cups flour
3 tbsp. shortening
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and work in water of yeast. Let rise 1 hour. Brush with egg yolk and poppy seed. Bake at 350. Can double, but not more.
