21-22 cups of ingredients such as the following:

9 cups Thick rolled oats (Certified GF)
3 cups sunflower seeds
3 cups walnuts
3 cups pecans
14 oz unsweetened coconut flakes or shredded

Coating:
1 quart of liquid made up of
3 cups honey, maple syrup,sorghum or a mixture
1 cup oil
1 T. vanilla
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 21+/- cups of dry ingredients in a large bowl or pan.
Shake the liquid ingredients together and pour over the dry mixture. Stir to coat evenly. Pour into pans (9x13 or larger) that have been sprayed to prevent sticking. Do not have more than 1/2 inch deep with granola.

Bake 250 degrees and stir every 15 minutes with a pancake turner. Bake about 1-2 hours. At the end it may try to burn. Turn off and cool stirring every 15-30 minutes. Store in zip lock bags in the refrigerator or freezer.

Add raisins, cranraisins and other dried fruit when you serve otherwise these dry out too much.
