Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cooked chicken breasts or 1 rotisserie chicken
2 cans or 1 big can of Campbell's condensed soup mix (choose one or two different soups- cream of broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom and or cream of chicken soup- I use one broccoli and one cheddar cheese or when I use a big can I use cream of chicken)
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen vegetables- thawed
Pepper if you like
2 refrigerated pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Place pie crust into a 9" deep pie dish, pour ingredients into dish cutting or tearing the chicken into bite size pieces. Arrange 2nd pie crust over filling, flute edges, cut 4 small slits in crust to allow steam to come escape. Bake until crust is golden brown about 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Whenever I make a pie I like to take some foil, fold it in half making sure that the 1/2 of my foil is a little larger than the 1/2 of my pie, I then cut out half a circle so when I unfold the foil there is a circle in the middle of my rectangular piece of foil. I place this on my pie- the foil protects the edges from cooking too fast and getting darker than the rest of my pie while the circle cut out allows the rest of the pie to cook at its normal rate.
