4 slices bread
4 eggs
salt
pepper
margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Put small amount of margarine in skillet. Cut hole in center of bread with a biscuit cutter. Place bread with hole in center in skillet. Break egg in the hole. Sprinkle egg with salt and pepper. Place the bread that came out of hole in skillet. When bread is toasted on bottom place the bread that came out of hole on top of egg and flip bread and egg over and cook on other side. Do all four slices like this.
