1 lb angel hair pasta
6-8 fresh tomatoes, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
extra virgin olive oil
4-6 fresh basil leaves
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water for pasta. In a large frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil, but don't brown it. Add diced tomatoes and saute for about 5 minutes. Add angel hair pasta to water, and cook 2-3 minutes. Drain and add pasta to frying pan. Add 3-4 tbsp. of olive oil, chopped basil, and cheese. Toss and serve immediately.
