1 qt. water
1 qt. celery, cut up
1 qt. onions, cut up
1 qt. green peppers, cut up
4 qt. ripe tomatoes, peeled and cut up
3 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil celery, onions and green peppers in the water for 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes, salt, sugar and pepper. Put in hot canning jars and process for 25 minutes. Be sure caps are tight.
