6 medium carrots, scraped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots crosswise into 1/2 inch slices. Cook covered in skillet in a small amount of boiling salted water until crisp tender (8 - 10 min.). Drain.
Combine sugar and butter; cook stirring constantly, over medium heat until bubbly. Pour butter mixture over carrots; simmer 2-3 minutes.
