3 mashed bananas
1 scant c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
11/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bananas, sugar and egg. Add dry ingredients; beat well. Add the oil; mix. Add walnuts or for variation, any combination of nuts with cut up cherries, dates or raisins.
Bake 1 Hour at 350 or until done.
