1/2 cup onion
6 hard boiled eggs
3/4 cup dill pickles
1/4 cup celery
1/2 cup black olives
1lb. cooked shrimp, shelled & deveined
1/2 lb cooked macaroni
Dressing:
1 cup mayo
1/8 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
3/4 tsp. poupon mustard
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all the ingredients very coarse. Mix with the cooked macaroni. Mix the dressing ingredients together and toss with the macaroni and veggies. Chill before serving.
