2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten slightly
1 c. milk
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup wild blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg and add milk and melted margarine. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and mix slightly. Stir in berries. Pour into paper lined muffin tins. Sprinkle tops lightly with fine sugar.
Bake 20 minutes at 425
