6 cups sliced squash
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded carrots
1 pkg. herb seasoning stuffing mix
1/2 cup melted oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and squash in water for 5 minutes; then drain. Combine carrots, sour cream and soup, then fold in squash. Mix stuffing mix and melted oleo. Put half in bottom of 9x13 pan. Add squash mixturea nd put rest of stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Eat as soon as possible and watch the pounds roll on.
