10-oz. package frozen, chopped broccoli, defrosted
2 1-lb. cans creamed corn
1/3 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 egg, beaten
2 T. butter, melted
1 T. instant minced onion
1/2 t. salt
Dash of pepper

Topping:
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except for topping, and place in buttered casserole dish.
2. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the corn.
3. Bake covered at 350 degrees fro 45 minutes
