1/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove crushed
dash worchestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Anchovy paste

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the garlic clove and drop into the olive oil to infuse the oil. Remove garlic clove. Then whisk all ingredients except for the parmesan cheese. Serve over Romaine and croutons, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
