3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c butter or margarine
2 T water
1/2 c sugar
12 oz package chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 325.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Combine butter, sugar, and water in a 2 c. Pyrex cup and microwave until it boils (cover with paper towel).
Add 1 c. chocolate chips and vanilla to hot mixture. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
Beat eggs, add flour mixture and chocolate mixture, and blend well. Add the rest of the chocolate chips. Do not beat these, but just mix in quickly so they do not melt. Spread in greased 9" square pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
Cool and cut.
