3 grated squash
1 medium onion, grated
1 cup or more grated cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup Bisquick
dash salt
dash tabasco
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions:

Mix all together and bake in 2- 9 inch pie pans at 350 for 30 minutes.
