2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. flour
grated rind of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, powdered sugar, butter and salt. It should be fine like cornmeal. Pat into 9x12 inch pan. Bake 15 min. at 350. Beat the eggs slightly. Mix in sugar, lemon juice, flour and lemon rind. Pour over first mixture and bake 20 min. at 350 or longer until slightly bowned around edges. Cool before cutting.
