Mix: 1/2 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 lemon rinds, grated
Add: 2 cups boiling water
Cook until mixture starts to thicken, then stir over low heat for 5 min.
Add:
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
4 egg yolks
Cook and stir 5 min. and turn filling into baked pie shell.
Meringue
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 egg whites
Beat until stiff.

Spread over pie and brown lightly in 350 oven.
