1 1/2 cups raisins
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice or real lemon
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash raisins carefully and cook in boiling water until tender. Mix flour and sugar and add to cooked raisins, stirring until it thickens. Add lemon juice; cool slightly and bake in a double crust pie in hot oven at 425 for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 last 10 minutes. Very Good!
