1/4 c potato water, warm
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
3/4 c potato water
1/2 c milk
3/4 c mashed potatoes
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp margarine or butter
3-4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve first 3 ingredients together and set aside. Add remaining ingredients together and mix for one minute. Add yeast mixture and knead for 9-10 minutes. Put in a greased bowl and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes then form into loaves. Let rise 1 hour then bake at 375 for 10 minutes then lower the temp to 350 and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
