1 beef roast (3-4lbs)
1/2 c soy sauce
1 beef bouillion cube
1 bay leaf
3-4 whole peppercorns
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Trim roast and place in large crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Add water to cover roast. Cover and cook for 10-12 hours until meat is very tender. Remove meat and shred with a fork. Serve on buns using remaining au jus for dipping.
