1/2 cup margarine, or butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup pears, peeled and chopped

Ceam well butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Fold in apples and pears. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 350 for 45 min. in tube pan.

Topping: Mix together: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 2 tbl butter and 1 tsp cinnamon.
