2 tsp. Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp. Oil
1/2 C. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. Dry Sherry
2 Cloves Garlic minced

2-2 1/2 Lbs. Steak, London Broil or Sirloin.

Mix all ingredients together until well blended
Marinate steak at least 8 hours.
