3 C. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2/3 c. oil
2 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredents. Mix oil, water, vanilla and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients.Grease and flour 9 x 12 pan. Pour into baking dish. Bake 350 35 min.
