1 (16 oz.) pkg. graham crackers or vanilla wafers
2 (3.4 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip whipped topping
1 c. sugar
c. butter
1/3 c. milk
c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1/3 of wafers in a 13"x9"x2" pan. Combine pudding and 3 cups of milk. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip topping. Spoon of pudding mixture into pan. Repeat layers ending with wafers on top.

Combine sugar, butter, and 1/3 cup of milk in a pot. Bring to a boil stirring constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add chocolate morsels, stirring until smooth. Spoon on wafers. Top with pecans. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
