6 Granny Smith or Jonathan apples
Mix: 1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and core apples. Put in baking dish. Fill the hole (where the core was removed) with the sugar and cinnamon. Add about 1/2 cup water in the bottom of baking dish. Pour the remainder of sugar mixture over apples and let is spill into dish. Put about 1/4 tsp. butter on each of the holes of the apples and about 1 tsp butter in bottom of dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
