2 bags frozen tortellini (flavor is your preference)
2 large cans of chicken broth
carrots, sliced
onions, chopped fine
1 package of chopped frozen spinach
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot combine broth, carrots, onion and boil until tender. Turn heat down and add spinach, Simmer until cooked.
In separate pot, cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and mix with butter to prevent sticking.

I keep soup and noodles separate each family member may have the amounts of each they prefer.
This also prevents noodles from getting too soft.
