3 lbs.lean beef (chuck roast, stew meat) chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1c. Vernor's ginger ale
1 can mushrooms

Rice or mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and bake for 3 hours at 350. Thicken gravy if desired.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
