2lbs. fryer chicken
1 medium onion,chopped
2 stalks of cerlery,chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
approx. 1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken straining and saving broth.
When chicken is cool, remove from bones and cut up.

Cook onion and celery with soup, slowly add broth, season to taste and simmer until onion and celery are tender
Add cut up chicken and thoroughly heat.
Serve on buns.
