Ingredients:  
20 oz. package of frozen broccoli ( I prefer the florets) or 2 heads of fresh
1 cup cooked rice
1 stick of butter
1 medium onion chopped
1 small jar of Cheez Whiz (original)
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup


Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet saute onion until almost clear then add broccoli, continue for about 5 more minutes.
Add soup and Cheez Whiz , blend well.
Add rice and pour into casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
