1/2 cup margarine
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups cheerios cereal
2 1/2 cups mini pretzels
1 (10 oz) can mixed nuts
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
5 cups Crispix cereal

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan or microwave bowl heat the first 4 ingredients until butter is melted; mix well. In a large bowl combine the cereals, pretzels, nuts and cheese. Drizzle the butter mixture and mix well. Place in ungreased 15X10X1 inch baking pan. Bake uncovered at 250 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Yield 10 cups
