2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups scalded milk
3 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add beaten eggs, milk, shortening, sugar, salt and half of flour. Mix; add rest of flour. Let rise. Roll, cut, let rise and fry like doughnuts.
