14 apples (preferribly winesap), wash, peel, core and cut in 1/4 inch pieces.
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup apple juice
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tbsp. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly grease crock pot. Put in apples and apple juice. Cook on high for 5 hours. Add other ingredients and cook on high for 6 hours. Stir every hour. Put in 1/2 pint jars. Makes 5 jars.
