2 cups powdered sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 in.) baked pie crusts
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream together powdered sugar and butter, add egg, salt and vanilla. Beat this mixture until light and fluffy. Spoon mixture into baked pie crust. Chill. Whip cream till stiff, fold in nuts and pineapple. Pour this over the sugar mixture and chill thoroughly. This will make 2 (8 in) pies or one very large pie.
