1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lbs. potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large plastic bag or bowl add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated. In 13X9 in. baking or roasting pan arrange potatoes; discard bag. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
