Bacon or ham
1 can Rotel
4 small potatoes
1 med. onion
1 bell pepper
6 eggs
1 pkg. ( 8 oz) colby & montery jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat, potatoes, onion, pepper. Add Rotel, then add eggs and cook. Add the cheese on top. Serve while hot. Very Good.
