1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, seasoned salt, egg, and onion flakes. Form meat mixture into balls around cubes of mozzarella cheese. Brown balls in skillet, remove and put into a 9X9 casserole dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce, top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
